ALENA MCDONALD
Alena originated from Japan and has spent much of her life traversing different places. Her passion for exploring new destinations and immersing herself in diverse cultures is unmatched. She cherishes a deep affection for both American traditional and neotraditional tattooing, drawing inspiration from both to shape her distinctive tattooing style. Alena is particularly drawn to vibrant color tattoos that are influenced by adorable artwork, 80’s/90’s nostalgic pop culture, Disney, and fantasy/horror themes. If you ever visit her in the studio, her signature "pretty in pink" aesthetic and cheerful demeanor make her unmistakable. Outside of work, she indulges her love for collecting VHS tapes, engaging in craftsmanship, reading, honing her gaming skills, participating in Dungeons and Dragons sessions, and spending quality time with her two endearing basset hounds and talented artist/husband, Ryan.
