DO YOU TAKE WALK-INS?

We do work by appointment but we gladly accept walk ins if our schedule allows. We are unable to hold spots for walk-ins via phone or email, so you do have to visit us in person for a walk in. If you don’t have an appointment, you’re welcome to call ahead to see what the day’s work load is like. If you are seeking larger work, we always suggest making an appointment to allow proper preparation time.

WHAT IS YOUR SHOP MINIMUM?

Our shop minimum is $100. All of our artists operate off an hourly rate ranging from $100-$200 after that.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY TATTOO?

We recommend that you eat well before you come in, and remember to stay hydrated. If you start to feel woozy, have a soda. It’s best not to party the night before because alcohol can increase bleeding for up to 24 hours. Blood also dilutes our pigments, affecting both the appearance of your tattoo as well as the healing process. Remember to stay cool, calm, and collected, you’re in good hands!

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM LEGAL AGE? CAN A PARENT SIGN FOR ME?

You must be 18 years old to get tattooed in the state of Tennessee. Even with parental or legal guardian consent, you cannot legally get tattooed under the age of 18 in the state of Tennessee.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept cash or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). No checks.

HOW LONG DOES A TATTOO TAKE TO HEAL?

It takes two weeks to “heal,” but it takes months for the skin to fully regenerate.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW TATTOO?

Every shop has their own recommended care methods, but here is our favorite! Feel free to ask your artist if you have additional questions.

  • If your tattoo is wrapped leave for about an hour (can be left on longer if needed).

  • Always wash your hands first! Then wash your new tattoo 2-3 times a day with warm water and an unscented antibacterial soap (ex. Dial Gold), Pat dry with a clean paper towel, apply a thin layer of ointment (Redemption, A&D or Aquaphor).

  • If your tattoo becomes dry between cleaning apply another thin layer of ointment. (after your tattoo starts to peel if you like you can switch to a fragrance free lotion, to replace the ointment).

  • Avoid any direct sunlight on your new tattoo (including tatting of any kind).

  • DO NOT touch your tattoo with dirty hands, or let anyone touch your tattoo! (always wash your hands before).

  • DO NOT pick, scratch, go swimming (including pools, hot tubs, bath tubs and anything alike).

CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME?

You may bring a guest, but we prefer that they remain mostly in the lobby. They are welcome to pop back from time to time and check on you though. As for children, we love children, but please leave them at home.

WHERE DO I PARK?

There is a small lot on the side of our building, as well as the last three spots behind the building.
